01 General Terms

These Terms apply to all players who access or use the 899bdt platform, including the website at 899bdt.live and the 899bdt mobile application. By using 899bdt, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming in your jurisdiction, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

899bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of 899bdt after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. 899bdt operates in Bangladesh and these Terms are governed by applicable Bangladeshi law.

02 Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games at 899bdt, you must register an account. Registration is free. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register at 899bdt.
• Only one account is permitted per person, per household, and per device.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

899bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 899bdt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. If you have changed your mobile banking number, contact 899bdt support before requesting a withdrawal.

899bdt reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals. This is standard practice and is done to protect both the player and the platform. Verification requests will be communicated via the contact details on your account.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

899bdt offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and game-specific promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These specific terms take precedence over any general statements about bonuses.

• Bonus funds are credited to your 899bdt account balance after the qualifying deposit is confirmed.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• 899bdt reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found abusing bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will have bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

If you do not wish to accept a bonus, contact 899bdt support before making a qualifying deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your account, the wagering requirement applies automatically. 899bdt does not retroactively remove wagering requirements after a bonus has been accepted.

05 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available at 899bdt operate using a certified random number generator (RNG). The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is independently verified and published on the relevant game page. 899bdt does not manipulate game outcomes based on player account history, deposit amount, or session length.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

899bdt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering at 899bdt, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 899bdt does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

899bdt uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform. Your payment details are never stored on 899bdt servers — all payment processing is handled directly by bKash, Nagad, and Rocket through their secure APIs.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to a player's account, 899bdt reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly, regardless of whether the player has already withdrawn the erroneously credited funds.

11 Termination

899bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting 899bdt support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered mobile banking account within 3 business days.

• Accounts closed due to Terms violations will not have balances returned.
• Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the fee schedule.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
